Do you think that Muay Thai is a good martial art for street self defense and defense to get assaulted?
Like, what if your enemy is two people? Or three? And if the guy has a knife robbery? Give one reason why Muay Thai is not a good street self-defense? To monetary one, however, is effective and if it's just a fist fight.
Muay Thai, like all martial arts are good for self defense. Hey can again defend multiple attackers? Is likely to have a very good chance to survive. I do not want to even talk about winning a fight. No real winners in a fight. The goal is to survive the attack. They have a better chance of surviving much to someone who has no formal training. I can not tell if your system teaches how to defend against multiple attackers, but his conditioning and his strikes are permitted to defend very well. I can say that in aikido or jiu-jitsu (traditional Japanese jiu-jitsu) they are taught to use one of the attackers as a shield when attacked by several people. This is also taught in other martial arts forms. I do not know if that is taught in Muay Thai.
