Opinion poll: Is the photographic work of artists like Jock Sturges and porn 'Sally Mann for children, or just art?
Is there an image of a child alone, ipso facto, pornographic, or depends on the context? Who decides and why?
In recent times, we in America have become overly preoccupied with pedophiles (understandably) and the query should be more along the lines of when nudity becomes pornographic. There is a fine line, and is not always clear. Different cultures dictate norms of society. "The eyes of the beholder ..." I know what I mean? Personally, I saw nothing that could be considered "suggestive", either with the photographer. Would have to cast my vote in artistic in nature.
