What is the best space battle of all the Star Wars saga?
More or less a survey then just some random questions. What is your favorite Star Wars space battle and why? Me? Favorite Space Battle: The Battle of Endor from Return of the Jedi hands down. The effects, music, history, configuration is almost perfect. Even now, loaded with CGI and dogfights prequels, Lucas can not overcome the film models. The fight is only looks much better than anything the prequels have to offer more realistic and better effects work was done in 1983!
My favorite would be the Battle of Endor thus. I have a better time watching the fights of the original trilogy of prequels, because of exactly what you said Lucas used models.
