* Flexing muscles
This may seem like an incredibly simple advice, but it can make a difference in making great pictures of the building of the body to take into consideration only the photos or body building. Make sure you have the right lighting, set their location and work the muscles of the way so that you can show what you've tried to make a firm and toned.
If you are serious about your body building goals, as well as displaying the body that have worked so hard to build, you should seek the services of a photographer professional to take pictures. Yes, it will cost a bit more money, but the end result will be well to their expectations.
