Going in for sleep study. What to do?
Turning violent when I'm asleep. My doctor, as mentioned a sleep study in which go and sleep in a room and noted that from an adjoining room. I have to be able to sleep as normal, so observe behave. I could not sleep in the clothes in 20 + years. The only way I can sleep is to sleep with a quilt and in the nude. During the violent spasms always finish the quilt on the floor. I just had my first night in a sleep clinic and was not as bad as I thought, but really was not what I would call a normal night either. Then I picked up the machines to go to the bathroom. Once back in bed, has yet to see him until tomorrow. It was a little strange, but despite of the many times I woke up I discovered a lot. I stopped breathing 78 times and the next step will be another slumber party in the next month 5, which will be the same but with a machine called CPAP that will blow air when I stop breathing.
