They're talking about the MEN2B syndrome, a rare disease, tumor involvement of mouth, which inevitably leads cancer. A doctor said that based on the observation of Lincoln photographs and descriptions of him at the time, as well as evidence of a mold of his face from 1860 showing a bump on her lip. The doctor says Lincoln's DNA could be tested based on blood samples from the biopsy of Lincoln which are still in possession of the government.
